GIVING IT TO YOU STRAIGHT
Listen, I was you…. 18 years ago when I first started practicing massage therapy. I was excited, nervous, scared and stressed out about how I was going to find new clients and pay my bills. I think we all come out of school thinking that we would start working in a busy clinic or spa and have all these new clients just waiting for us. I am here to tell you that it doesn’t happen that way.
I have created some amazing courses on building your best practice to techniques that will save your body to added value to communcation to picking your niche market. So many good strategies to take what seems hard and make it easy for you.
It takes time and A LOT of hard work to build an amazing practice. BUT I am here to tell you that it is worth it. Being a Registered Massage Therapist can be an incredibly rewarding career both mentally and financially, cuz I know you’re all wondering if you can make a decent living doing this and YOU CAN… if you do it right.
What do I mean by “do it right?” If you build yourself an amazing practice full of your ideal clients, clients you want to spend your time with, clients whom you have stimulating positive conversation with, clients who see your value and support you. Then, then you can have a rewarding career

MY EDUCATOR STORY
I have always had a passion for educating Registered Massage Therapists on how they can create their best career both in building their best practice and longevity of career. It is just now, after 18 years of practicing, closing down my clinic and becoming a Mom of two boys that I have decided to pursue it. When I owned my clinic I always took great pride in mentoring the new contractors.
MY REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST STORY
I was born and raised in Dunrobin Ontario, a small town outside of Ottawa. I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree with honors in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario in London. Shortly thereafter I obtained a dual Diploma in both Massage Therapy and Sports Injury Therapy after completing 3000 hours in study and practicum. Along with being a Certified Kinesiologist I have taken the Active Release courses for both upper and lower body, I am a Graston Provider and use Dynamic Cupping in my practice.
I have been successfully practicing Massage Therapy for 18 years and I specialize in the active individual from Olympic level to the weekend warrior. I have tailored my practice to really focus on what I can provide the patient off the table. I have always said “ what you do off the table is equally as important as what you do off the table.” My patients always walk away with some form of rehabilitation exercises, whether it be stretching, strengthening, rolling techniques or just tidbits of information of what to do versus what not to do. Over years of practice, and rehabilitation of my own injuries, I have learned so much about the rehabilitation process and it is what sets me aside from my colleagues. Hence forth, my series of Sports Injury Rehabilitation courses where you will learn cueing, gain confidence, proper education to ensure correct execution and most of all, a way for you to stand out from your colleagues and find your niche in an overwhelmed market.
I started enduraHEALTH in 2011 and has enjoyed every minute of running a business and working with amazing athletes. I am heavily involved in the running and triathlon community in Calgary. Not only does I support the active community by providing post-race treatments at races and doing seminars for athletes but I have completed two Ironman's and has done multiple marathons. I have worked with Olympic and professional level athletes to collegiate and recreational level athletes.
My treatment philosophy is to find the source of the problem as opposed to treating the symptoms and to educate the athlete on how to prevent injury. I enjoy working with the active individual who is eager to get healthy and stay healthy!
