Besides an exercise loving, candy eating, fierce Mom of two amazing boys. I am an RMT of 18 years, a Fitness Coach, a Sports Injury Therapist, Kinesiologist and Educator. My practice has slowed down as I have taken on all my other roles and now my true passion for educating is rearing it's ugly head!
