Self Massage for Jaw Pain

These are great videos, I’m finding them very useful. Do you have any tips for tension in the forehead and top of head?

Hi Jordi, I’m glad that it’s been helpful!

The forehead and top of the head might be more to do with the neck muscle on the front side of the body. If you place your hand on the side of your neck and you wind that you can “pinth” the muscle, which goes towards the centre of the body where two collar bones meet. I think that muscle might be one of the causative factor of your headache.

You can pinch the muscle all the way from behind the ear to the collar bone, or also you can tilt your head to one side at a time with a hand placed on top of your head to gently push your head.

If this is the muscle that is giving you the headache, by pinching it, you might feel the similar headachy referral pain!
