They should be educated, certified, experienced and considered an expert in their field. I am a Certified Kinesiologist, Sports Injury Therapist and an athlete. I am dedicated to educating people on how to achieve and maintain optimal health. As your trainer I will play the role of your personal coach. Have you ever belonged to a team that had a coach? Our Personal Training program is designed to meet your individual needs and help you reach optimal performance . A training program begins with an initial consultation where goals, limitations, nutrition, BMR(basal metabolic rate) calculation and movement are discussed and tested. Depending on the findings a program will be designed to best help you fulfill your goals.
Goals are what drives us to succeed, to push our bodies and our minds to the limit and help us grow. Your goal can be as simple as learning to run, building core strength or as challenging as climbing Kilimanjaro or running a marathon. It doesn’t matter! Goals are for YOU!
SESSIONS can be purchased to work one-on-one with your personal coach. Depending on your goals, sessions can be done on a weekly basis up to 5x per week.
If you are someone who is committed to getting yourself to the gym but you need some direction and guidance with your workout, our PROGRAM DESIGN will work great for you!
Personal Training Sessions
All coaching programs begin with an Initial Consultation. This includes goal setting, limitations, nutrition, BMR calculation and movement testing. From here YOU and your personal trainer will discuss the best option for frequency of sessions.

Any changes or cancellations to your session must be done within 24hours of your session or there will be a charge.
Any missed sessions there will be a charge.
You will meet with a trainer for your initial consultation which includes goal setting, a discussion on limitations, BMR (basal metabolic rate) calculation and nutrition and movement testing. Your personal trainer will then design an 8 week program based on YOU and you also get a one hour session to review your program. Here we will ensure correct execution and understanding of your program.
After the completion of your first 8 weeks we will meet to discuss changes, likes/dislikes and progression at a PROGRAM RE-DESIGN fee.

Our Program Re-Design will take you to the next level! It is for those people who have already completed their initial 8week program and are ready to progress into something more advanced and challenging.
